Since February 2013, agw has been helping law firms, b2b businesses and consumers maximize their investment by providing records retention / scanning services -- enhancing how they retain legal & personal documents. We also offer our expertise in Organizational Functionality, and ad hoc support/services.

SCANNING SERVICES
agw offers digital records retention (the scanning of documents you wish to retain an electronic copy of) saved in a secure Adobe PDF format, available for viewing, OCR search, and printing from any Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, ABBY or Kofax eCopy PDF application.
agw will, as part of our all-inclusive service, pick-up your files, complete the required work, return your files and perform an inventory/quality control of the records. Working with you, we will identify the parameters (C/M Code -- Subject Matter - Year/Month -- etc.) how the records should be indexed / saved. This will allow an easy search & retrieval process and integration into any file / document management system.
AD HOC SUPPORT FOR LAW FIRMS
agw has a complete range of services that include: records retention -- back-file scanning -- converting paper documents into digital assets -- automated client communications -- organizational support -- delivery of files -- and task management.

Cloud & Local File Storage With 24/7 Access
If required, agw offers two options for those clients who do not already have their own storage vault.

For those clients who desire a Secure Cloud Storage Vault, we will assist in setting-up a Dropbox Cloud Storage Vault - accessible whenever and wherever.

For those clients who prefer to have 'in-hand' their own storage device, agw as part of any scanning project, will provide at no charge an external Seagate Expansion Portable Drive that can be connected to any PC.
